Introduction

The high-precision weighing sensor is used to make the weighing platform into a chute and set it at an angle, so that the capsules can slide automatically in the weighing chute depending on their own weight. When the capsules slide across the weighing platform, the weight of the slipped capsules can be calculated quickly and accurately using the patented algorithm. The qualified capsules continue to slide into the qualified basket at the lower right, and the unqualified capsules are stopped by the rapidly descending rejection cylinder into the unqualified basket at the lower right. The feeding method of vibrating corrugated plate similar to the pelletizer is adopted for feeding, and the patented structure of queuing is combined to make capsules pass through the weighing platform in a time-sharing sequence.
