1.Working Principle

In the automatic production line, the workpieces that are sealed by thermal sealing or electromagnetic induction are transported to the infrared thermal image detection station. The infrared thermal imager takes the thermal image of the bottle cap after thermal sealing, and transmits the thermal image to the high-speed image processing system for calculation and recognition. Through statistical analysis of the temperature distribution model of the thermal image of the aluminum foil after sealing, it is judged that the bottle cap is qualified or unqualified, and the unqualified product is removed to the unqualified product area, and the qualified product will be transported to the next process.
